Requirements and fees

Certificate of Insurance – We require a certificate of insurance from your insurance company, church, school, college or group. This is to cover any incident that occurs during your stay. This is required no less than one week before your arrival. You will not be allowed to stay here without this.

Meeting Fee – The is a $30 fee (cash) required if your arrival time is not between 8am-4pm Monday-Friday, on a regular work day. This is to be paid to the person who is meeting your group upon arrival. No arrivals before or after 8am or after 8pm, on any day.

Gym Use – Use of gymnasium may be available (subject to prior commitments). Gym use must be pre-scheduled with the church office. You will need to bring your own sports equipment. Cost of the gym is $50 per hour.

Maintenance Fee – $5 per person per night. Payment is required two weeks in advance.

Number of People in your group: (Note: We require at least 2 adults per every 10 children under the age of 18, per gender. Your group will not be able to stay if you don’t meet this requirement.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

Men and women will have separate sleeping areas.

Parking Information

McKendree Church is in the very heart of downtown Nashville. For that reason you will have to arrange and pay for your own parking. There are several paid surface parking lots and garages in close proximity to the church with the parking garage attached to McKendree Church being the closest. Keep in mind that some surface lots do NOT allow overnight parking. Contact Premier Parking for information and arrangements for parking in the garage connected to McKendree located at 140 6th Ave. North, Nashville, TN 37203 or call them at ( 615-238-2250). This parking garage cannot accommodate vehicles over 6.6 inches in height. Parking could be $30-$40 per day for the average sized vehicle.

We must be notified at least 7 days prior to arrival if these numbers change or of a cancellation.
