Philippians

The Apostle Paul wrote to the Christians in Philippi while in prison in Rome, yet the word “rejoice” is in this letter 11 times, “joy” is used 6 times, and “peace” and “grace” are here 3 times each.  Paul didn’t allow his situation or circumstances to control his relationship with Christ!

Our Wednesday night adult Bible study group is beginning an in-depth study of this letter to the Philippians.  We are using the Philippians study book from the Life Change series, published by NavPress.  This will be a 12-week study, beginning August 2.  Everyone is invited to come and study and learn with us!  We meet each Wednesday at 6pm in Pastor Stephen’s office.  Please contact Ruth Baggett if you have any questions — 615-271-2600 or mckendreeinfo@gmail.com.
